May 12, 2008
There are many fraudulent businesses out there in the World Wide Web.
You know what sucks about this? It is so hard for those of us who are legit
to make sales. In fact making sales can be just down right hard in general without
throwing that into the mix.
So how would you react if I told you that you could potentially bring your
sales up by 300%
Was that a happy dance I just saw? Very nicely done! Want to go dancing later?
I know you have been saving that dance for when you win the lottery… but now
is just that time! I am going to show you how to increase your sales so your
bank account will THINK you won the lottery!
With IMjots you have the chance to do just that. IMjots are going to give the
feeling of safety, trust and familiarity due to the fact that they are handwritten
texts and drawings over professional ones.
Okay everybody, so let’s do a quick recap on IM Jots and what you’ll
receive, Shall we? Good:
* Huge 300-Pack of IMjots

* Bonus Membership to IMjots.com
* Sales boosted by up to 300% or more.
* Conversions drastically increased
* Add a personal feel to your website
* Stand out from your competitors
* Make your website look better.
So we all got that? Awesome! These are professional, proven images that give
your website that ‘homey’ feeling to your site and allow your customers to feel
comfortable when you show them what your selling. We all like to be comfortable
and trust what someone is selling… and these images do just the trick!

The explanation of what these jots are was so cryptic, I had to figure it out on my own. NOT exactly the kind of sales copy you usually come up with. Might want to re-look at that. Some people may get that “jots” refers to jotting down notes. But will non-native English speakers make the connection with this explanation:
“they are handwritten texts and drawings over professional ones”
I’m a writer and English is my native tongue, but I had to re-read this sentence to gain the meaning. Add to that the fact that it’s stuck at the end of a sentence (not to mention paragraph) that is basically “IMJots blah-blah-blah due to the fact that…”
Come on. You guys are better copywriters than that.
Or are you deliberately being vague because seeing an actual example will send people scrambling to create their own?
Based on THIS sales page, I wouldn’t buy.

Ok, I bought this to give it a try, and it’s a bunch of drawings made with paint and photoshop. But, if it says it increases conversions….
Anyways, I’ll give it a try for a few days, maybe a week. If I don’t see the conversion changes, I’m asking for a refund.
cheers.
