This is a very good product that I had already purchased at the higher amount - oh well.
The reason I got the script was to compare it with what I’ve already developed. The major difference between this product and my version is that my version is multi-page and multi-user capable with added security plus a few extra features added that will benefit our members.
For anyone thinking of getting this script I do recommend it especially at this price until mine is out

I don’t own this script and wanted to comment on the concept.
I think this product is a bad idea because it will lead to a bunch of tag spam. It’s one thing to mark valuable pages but how many people will build junk/spammy pages and use this script to rank them in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page)?
The only thing this sort of script will do is lead to a faster downfall of the Web 2.0 benefits we are currently seeing. Whenever a new strategy develops, it seems some people have to exploit it to the point of breaking it (and this applies to all IM strategies, not just 2.0).
My two cents.

I am not sure, but could it be that SU will just block the URL’s of the sites that use this when they see this happen?

Maybe you didn’t follow what this script really does.
It is a reward system to give your visitors a discount for voting for your web page. So how is that abuse? If the script allowed repeated voting of the same domain by the same person in a short time frame then absolutely it would be abuse. The script has a limit of 10 votes but realistically no more then 3 to 5 would be likely.
Yes both of your comments are true if this script is abused but the script as written doesn’t allow that.
I’m sure that any abuse of StumbleUpon would be quickly dealt with.
Using this script or any other within what is commonly considered to be reasonable use should present no problems.
