Deal Times Now Noon to Noon
October 30, 2007As part of the suite of changes we incorporated over the weekend, new DealDotCom Deals will now run from Noon Central time to Noon the next day (instead of midnight to midnight.)
So, those of you who had to stay up late each night in desperate anticipation to see what the next day’s offer would be can now go to bed at a normal time.

And for those people who were somewhere around noon each day when dealdotcom was posting the new deals at midnight will be happy to know, you are now on the “graveyard shift” until further notice. -:)

Hate to flame, but … I don’t like it!
I missed out on something I wanted to purchase because of not knowing this yesterday. (and of course, Support has not responded).
It should have been sent in an email to all users, not just posted on blog.

I assume I will get used to it but did like having it at 12am as I check all my other “deal a day” type sites then so I don’t end up missing out on something. Now I just need to remember to check here in the middle of the day if I am online lol.

I don’t pay much attention to DealDotCom anymore, basically for the reason I always forget to visit it. I used to visit it along with the other deal sites right at midnight, but because it’s now noon it completely slips my mind. I would have preferred it still be at midnight.
