Taking It Easy With EasyMemberPro
September 18, 2007You have a recliner with a button that catapults you to your feet to avoid having to stand up. Your car has push-button ignition. Every time you go to WalMart you get one of those electric motorized carts, not because you’re handicapped, but because walking around the store just takes too much effort. You watch whatever’s on TV because picking up the remote burns too many calories. You were one of the first people to buy an electric can opener, which you never use, because you don’t cook, and when the pizza delivery kid makes his nightly trip to your door you yell “It’s Open!” and he knows the money’s on the table and he should put the pizza in your lap. No need for plates, the box is fine.
We know who you are. Because you my friend, are a genius. You take advantage of all the technology available that makes your life easier. You want to make money online, but you don’t want to learn HTML. You want to run a membership site and are waiting for someone to make it possible for you to do that without lifting a proverbial finger. You, my friend, want EasyMemberPro.
EasyMemberPro makes it possible for you to create a successful membership site while another large, deep-crust Italian sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese is laid on your lap.
With EasyMemberPro, you don’t need to learn a single shred of HTML, it has a built in content management system. You don’t need to learn PHP to write all the complicated scripts and what-have-yous that run the backend of a membership site while you watch another MASH rerun, it’s got that too. It’s got a whole lot more, just look at the size of that box! Most importantly, EasyMemberPro is easy to install and easy to manage so that you can concentrate on what’s important in life: taking it easy. You won’t find an easier to use Membership Site Script Solution, not only because it doesn’t exist, but because looking for one would take a little effort.

Could this be the first offering of dealdotcom?
September 18th, 2007 at 12:40 am
i was thinking the same but i don’t think it is they had some kind of secret or private offer earlier this may be that offer.
September 18th, 2007 at 12:59 am
if this is the first product…wow…what a pop
I refuse to believe this is the first product. I see no order button, so I’m back to http://www.widgets-blog.com
September 18th, 2007 at 1:08 am
oops, looks like it was a tip off. Might already be time to upgrade servers heheh too heheh ;). Guess that is a good sign…don’t even think woot had to deal with server issues when it first started on the first day.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:09 am
Yep, this is the first product. It’s being sold for half price (the product site retails the unlimited license for about $300).
Unless I can integrate it with WordPress though, I don’t think I can use it, and I certainly wouldn’t need an unlimited license, since I only run one site.
Here’s hoping the next product will be one that will help me add 30,000 backlinks to my Technorati authority.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:13 am
Looks pretty cool but just out of my budget and not sure where I would use something like that yet. But I am sure there are some people that will want to jump at it for half off.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:14 am
PS I’m sure the staff noticed but looks like the “discuss this product” message board link is down on the product page. Maybe you guys just don’t have the forum setup? Just a heads up if you missed it somehow ;).
September 18th, 2007 at 1:16 am
Cool! I’m stoked about development opportunity deals, specifically PHP scripts and I’m glad to see this is the first deal.

Heh Lincoln
Easy Member Pro is a great product. I am using a single license script on one of my website and it works great. The deal on this site is for half the price of the original. I bought a single license for the same price. So this is a great bargain.
If you are looking to create a membership website using WordPress then you are in luck because just this morning Detlev Reimer send me this link : http://tinyurl.com/2jwslo which I think is what you are looking for.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:24 am
I’ve heard good things about Easy Member Pro. Some of my fellow-marketers use it. I’ll probably get this!
Good stuff!

I think moderator is a fake. That makes no sense.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:26 am
Wow, the moderator’s post blows me away, especially after reading rajays post. Hmm hard to believe the sale price is only $1.49? I’ll wait and see what’s up with that! This should be interesting…
September 18th, 2007 at 1:26 am
OK, the post was removed.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:35 am
OMG! I don’ believe it. I feel like kicking myself in the butt. I paid $ 137 a while back for a single license. This is unbelievable. I am speechless.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:36 am
Is it seriously $1.48 not $148? Wow!
September 18th, 2007 at 1:41 am
Ok, what’s going on? Who are moderator and administrator? I’m completely confused on the real price now.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:41 am
If it is really $1.48 then you have won me over. I will be visiting this site daily and stop buying expensive products elsewhere. I have bookmarked this site and also subscribed to the RSS.
Just wondering is it possible for me to recommend products for you guys to feature? I have some products I need but now think that they are too expensive
I will be recommending all my friends and list to this website if the price is really $1.48. Waiting for the front page to reflect the actual price.
September 18th, 2007 at 1:41 am
Even with the routine beatings and daily swirlies we receive, someone apparently thinks our job isn’t hard enough already…

rajays -
Administrator and Moderator were fake posts by other members thinking they were being funny.
The price on the home page is correct, and has been from the start.

ok thanks SM. Now I don’t feel so bad

Agreed, Lincoln.

Wow! That is an awesome deal. I’ve been looking for a good membership site script, and I refuse to pay a monthly fees like some people are charging.
September 18th, 2007 at 2:13 am
Not exactly what I was looking for in a launch, but definitely like the layout and presentation of the site. Can you whisper whats coming up tomorrow or how many of these you have left or …or …or
September 18th, 2007 at 2:18 am
hahaha, I’ll bet Operations ,Administrator, and Moderator are all one person. That new Jester customer support guy you awarded during pre-launch. I warned you! He don’t know jack about wheel barrel operation. Even if he does, is he licensed? What’s the lesson learned here?
September 18th, 2007 at 2:20 am
I could use this product too. Not a bad price at all especially since it’s for an unlimited site license. Nice!

I don’t find it encouraging that the online demos accessible from the page at http://www.easymemberpro.com/demo.php don’t work. I get “invalid username/password” after entering the ones given on that page.
Steve
Support Minion Response: Hi Steve, I just double checked and the demo worked perfectly fine for me, if you are copying and pasting the user and password in, make sure you do not include any extra spaces… that will cause an issue. Type the user and pass in ad it will work…. Your loyal support minion

OK. I’ve personally met Kim Standerline who is one of the people behind EMP, I was also one of the first people to get my hands on it when it was first released. All I can say is that the deal offered today is well worth having so IF you want an easy to use membership site tool - grab it before the offer goes.
As with many demos around the net, you often find that early users tweak passwords and things so that later users can’t access it - don’t ask me why but don’t think that this is a problem with EMP. EMP is solid.
The bottom line is EMP works and it works well. Kim and Anthony are highly respected and this product has been improved as time has gone on and it will continue to be improved to meet the needs of IM’ers. That’s what they do - make life easier for us.
The support is excellent and at $148 it’s a true deal - once you use it you will soon see that grabbing the unlimited licenses option will be a very smart move. Why do I say that?
Membership sites make profits and once you have one up and running you will want a second and a third …. Why spend $138 on a single every time when today for $148 you get the unlimited site pack?

After reviewing the demo we have a couple of questions.
1) Say we want a membership site that allows one to download x number of products for the respective month. How do you prevent a member from going into a previous month to download that months products?
We didn’t see how that was done.
2) Along that same line, if a member wanted the previous months downloads, how would that be set up?
3) And how would it be setup to allow a member to pick their selection of products for the month? With there being a limit on the number they could select. So as to not take all and then unsubscribe.

Would I be able to use it for my own affiliate site?:

Can’t seem to get the Demo to work but will try the same site now using FireFox as this discussion forum wasn’t opening up in IE either but is now in FF…
Thanks

Dear Support-Minions,
on reading your post I longed for a nice hot pot of tea (-instead of a pizza.)
Well, after taking a good sip, I wonder is that another way of ‘bending the web’?
Or are you applying new marketing methods?

SupportMinion says:
adVance,
You can’t use such big, complex words… we’re just uneducated hicks that the DDC owners felt sorry for, and decided to give us jobs. Speak slowly, and use monosyllabic words whenever possible. (we just used “monosyllabic” because it was on our “SAT word of the day calendar” a couple days ago. The Code Monkeys tell us that we’re using it correctly here.. hooray!)
September 18th, 2007 at 9:29 am
I guess its a good script at least per the features i see listed on it.
Out of curiosity i visited EasyMemberPro’s website and the price there is cheaper than the one here.
Michael Boateng
www.mboateng.com
Support Minion Says: Michael, there are two ways to purchase this script: a single domain license, or unlimited domain licenses. We’re selling unlimited domain licenses for half the price on EMP’s website… the “lower price” you see is for a single domain license.
September 18th, 2007 at 9:36 am
Much of the style and text of your website appears to have been copied from the Woot.com website. Is that really legal?
September 18th, 2007 at 9:50 am
ladyeinstein,
Isn’t it just similar as in the Template? this is true of many sites so I doubt there is anything legally involved with this? how one arth did you find that site by the way?
WaltRUs
September 18th, 2007 at 10:17 am
ladyeinstein, is not Google, Yahoo and MSNLive all laid out the same?
The reason we chose a similar template layout is because it is something that people are already familiar with and it works.
I guess our lazy minds figured why should we reinvent the wheel
All our content is unique and nothing is copied from any other site.

Cool deal indeed!
I have been recommending to my clients lately
to switch to a membership format ever since one
of my larger clients has done extremely well
doing so.

Following up on my previous comment, the EasyMemberPro demo sites are now permitting log-ins. I logged in exactly the same way I had been trying earlier when they didn’t work, so I guess I must have just happened to catch their site at a bad time.

Hey, I think it is good for those that need it. I’m just hoping one of my affiliates buys one. That’d be a 50$ profit for me. I could definitely go for that right about now. But, I like the product for those that need it.

Hey,
In regards to daily new products - is there any chance members will be able to get a preview prior to the release each day. Kind of like a summary so we can prepare for promotion in advance?

How do I integrate this with my WordPress blog? All my content is already in WP, and I do want to add some type of membership tollgate.

P.S. By the way, speaking of blogs…I can’t believe you don’t have John Reese’s http://www.blogrush.com/ right here in your own blog!

Vegalinks - we offer one deal per day on our homepage - http://www.dealdotcom.com

I’ve seen this product advertised and recommended all over (ezine publishers) months ago - probably as far back as a year ago. I do not have much content on my site yet and have not found my niche yet, so there’s no point in having a membership site although I’ve got my script a long time ago before Deldotcom.com came along.
More newer never-seen-before deals?
September 20th, 2007 at 10:51 am
By the way the membership site script I got yonks ago wasn’t US$1.48 so yeah….you’ve got a deal here (and many probably missed it)! How many of us here actually open our emails too late only to find the deal isn’t valid? O.o Or are “past deals” valid for longer here?
September 21st, 2007 at 6:16 am
Once you miss the deal, that’s it. Otherwise the site would be less effective.
Make it the first thing you check each day
